.....he was a graduating student..... .....he was never really a straight A student, not even a B student..... in fact he was one of the "happy-go-lucky" ones who sometimes get on my nerves.....he gave the impression of laziness because he could seldom submit his projects and assignnments on time.....and he likes to cut classes whenever he feels like it..... ![]() .....he may not be a perfect student but he was active in the actvities of the Computer Engineering Student Society... .....he was always present in our parades, assemblies, parties and sports events..... .....in our visit to their home, I was near tears as his mother hugged me and cried for the son she lost.....for the son she will never see graduate.....for the son they had raised and struggled to be educated.....for the son who will never get to wear his Computer Engineering jacket to Baguio (for our Educational Field Trip this coming February 2006)...... .....his untimely and violent death made me and his classmates realize that even though Vidal (as we call him, because Victorino is quite long) was always an "outsider", we would surely miss him..... |
